Shipping + Returns
Most works are made to order, only a select handful are readily available for shipping within 2-3 days.
Loose prints - 16x24 to 32x48: Allow up to 7 business days for production and proofing prior to shipping.
Larger formats - 48x72 and 54x81: These works only ship rolled in an archival tube.
Framed works: Allow up to 7 business days for print production and proofing plus an additional 2–3 weeks for framing.
All shipments are insured to full value. All framed pieces and prints 24×36 or larger require a signature on delivery. A tracking number is provided for every order. We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Costs arising from reshipment due to an incorrect or incomplete address are the responsibility of the buyer.
International Orders: Any duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price.
RETURNS
Each work is produced individually to order. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damage in Transit: Prints are carefully protected and packed, but damage can occur. If your work arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of both the damaged work and the packaging it arrived in. Claims submitted without photographs of the packaging cannot be processed with the carrier. Each case is reviewed individually.
Color: Monitors vary and no screen reproduces a pigment print exactly. For works at 32×48 and above, an 8x12 printing proof can be requested for $80—the printing proof fee is credited towards the purchase of any artwork on this website.
